1. Service Standard We bring all professional cleaning supplies. If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, notify your supervisor within 24 hours and we will address it.
2. Access & Lockouts Please ensure our team has access to your premises at the scheduled time. If we cannot gain entry, your supervisor will contact you immediately.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning slot.
4. Vetting & Safety All our team members are fully trained, background-checked, and accompanied by an on-site supervisor for quality control and security.
